At Well Bred Threads, we stand behind the quality of our garments and your satisfaction. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it right - within reason and within our return window.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible:

      •     Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

      •     Sale items and Final Sale pieces are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

To start a return, email us at wellbredthreads@outlook.com with your order details and reason for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Please note:

      •     Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

      •     Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

      1.    Check your bank account again.

      2.    Contact your card issuer—processing can take a few days.

      3.    Still nothing? Email us at wellbredthreads@outlook.com and we’ll assist.

Exchanges

Need a different size or a fresh piece of the same item? We’ve got you.

Email wellbredthreads@outlook.com to arrange an exchange. Please include:

      •     Your order number

      •     The item you’d like to exchange

      •     The size or variant you need

An exchange postage bag will need to be included with your return. Please note, shipping time may vary based on your location.

Gift Orders

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may be eligible for store credit upon return. If it wasn’t marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift-giver, the refund will be issued to them.

A Few Final Notes

      •     We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns or exchanges. Well Bred Threads is not responsible for lost parcels.

      •     We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
